Motorcycle Show
The Motorcycle Show was organized by the Association of Motor Vehicle Importers Representatives for the first time in March 2003, at the exhibition installations of the former East Airport of Ellinikon, marking a great success, as more than 40.000 people visited it.
The 1st Motorcycle Show was the biggest event ever organized in Greece regarding this sector. For the first time, all the official importers - representatives of motorcycles, as well as numerous other relevant companies (accessories, parts, services etc), gathered in 15.000 m2, presented the cutting edge developments of the international motorcycle industry.
After that successful first event, AMVIR organized the 2nd Motorcycle Show on March 2004. The Show was again attended by all the official motorcycle importers and relevant companies.
The 3rd Motorcycle Show took place on March 2006 and was the most complete Show. An exhibition area of 18.000 m2 was covered by absolutely all the motorcycle companies. A number of impressive on road and off road test rides contributed to the success of the Show which was attended by over 46.000 visitors.
The 4th Motorcycle Show was organized in April 2007 and besides the impressive new models and the breath-taking parallel events, it marked a tickets record, counting more than 47.000 visitors.
The success of the Motorcycle Show continued in 2008 with the 5th organization, which took place at the end of March to beginning of April and welcomed over 57.000 visitors. All the new 2008 models were on display, while the first race of the Greek Super Moto Championship 2008 also took place on the surrounding area of the show.
